After nearly a decade at a Harpenden high street agency, there’s really not much I haven’t come across in my time. Not only that, but I’ve also moved home more than 20 times, taken on 15 renovation projects, and built my own home, so I know exactly the sort of stress you’re under, and can safely and skillfully navigate any twists and turns along the way.

With the various properties I’ve lived in and the range of projects I’ve been involved with, I’ve developed a long list of local contacts, literally from the ground up, from solicitors and surveyors, to landscapers and electricians. For personal recommendations for anything and everything you could need before, during and after the process, I’ve got you covered.
Tips and advice
Recognising what people hope for in a home, I have plenty of suggestions for how best to present your property, going beyond a bunch of flowers and the smell of fresh bread. I’ll also roll my sleeves up to prepare for potential purchasers, whether that be a quick tidy before viewings, or full-blown staging for empty homes. My advice extends to ways in which your move can be made easier.
